8th Outlet not showing up on dashboard

I'm only seeing outlet 1-7 on my Apex Fusion dashboard and the 8th outlet from the energy bar seems to be missing. The item after 7 is an item I renamed to ATO_Pump, however thats connected via a USB and the power supply for it is plugged into a separate power strip and only appeared after I connected and set it up. Any idea how I can get the 8th spot back on the list so I can use this outlet?

After the ATO, it only lists VARSPD1 through 4 and EMAILAM.

When I plug something into the 8th spot it doesn't get power.

Thanks!

-Eric

If you click on the power outlet looking icon in the Fusion dashboard, do you see outlet 8 in the outlet list? If yes, go back to the dashboard, Unlock the hidden tile by clicking the lock icon in the upper right of the Fusion dashboard. A hidden pane will open up with the hidden tiles. In there should be outlet 8. If it's not in there, update the EB8 firmware from the modules page and see if it shows up in the hidden tiles screen and or outlet page.

Have you tried to update the EB832 module to see if you then get your #8 outlet back?

Here is a video on how to update the AOS and modules, at the 2:00 mark should talk about the updating the modules

I'll double check that when I get home from work. Unless they are the same thing, I might have confused the AOS update that I did the other day with the one you are mentioning.
