Good afternoon,
I was interested in buying the ATK setup but I have been advised to stay far away from it from 5 local reefers. Everyone seems to be having problems with it. Is there any software updates coming to fix the issue with the ATK? If so when? I can list the problems my fiends are having but I’m sure you are aware of problems the ATK is having as a quick google search shows a lot. I have been running apex for years and just purchased the new apex with wav pumps during Black Friday sale so I’m hoping to have a apex solution to my ATO needs from apex and not another vendor.

Most of the issues I’ve seen are people not understanding how it works.

If you have it connected to the Apex and understand how the programming works, it is excellent. I’m in the NSI group for it so I’ve been using it since before the general public has and it’s been flawless.

Im hoping thats what it is but kind of worried on spending the money for a brick if that’s not the case. Why don’t they make the programming easier for it? I guess I can ask one of the 5 people running it if they can sell me there’s or let me borrow it. I have one tell me today he has came home twice to sump running dry.

The programming is done for you if you use the Task function.

It does make some general time decisions that you may have to tweak but it will work for 90% if users.

You also need to understand what it is designed and programmed to do.

Go to the neptunesystems.com site. Then Support and then Get Started. The guide there will tell you almost everything you want to know about the ATK and most of the equipment.

Well I’m going to try out one from one of the 5 people I know that didn’t have any luck with It. I will probably setup in the next week or so. I will keep you posted

I just purchased the ATK and am having some issues. I followed the setup from the Neptune website. I have an apex system and the green light is on but the pump is not pumping. Any suggestions?

When the FMM is connected to an Apex it will show a status like the other modules (Solid Green) and will not change color, if the FMM is in standalone mode then a green status light indicates the PMUP is activated.
