WOW...It might be turning to a golden puffer. Read up on it. I think some go that route, not all. If it goes golden, that's a 500$ retail puffer. Keep us posted.

Just found this....

The Sapo Puffer has two distinct forms and colorations which change during maturation. It begins with a deep blue/black body with scattered white spots. As it gets older it begins to morph into a lustrous golden color. The latter coloration is more desired by most aquarists. These changes, however, usually only occur when the Sapo Puffer is in the wild, such noticeable color morphing is rare in the aquarium.
