Sump baffles
Has any one used double wall polycarbonate as sump baffles? Any reason this wouldnt work?

It would "work".. In the same way that a butter knife works as a q-tip
Just not the best solution.. What material is the sump? How do you plan to adhere it in place?

Its a glass sump. Small town hardware stores dont carry 1/4 inch glass or acrylic. Our farm store does carry some doublw wall polycarbonate for greenhouses. I realize double wall polycarbonate is bulky but its also indestructible.

It can be used. A good quality 100% silicone (neutral cure may work best for this application) should be used to essentially "trap" the panels in place.
It should work just as well as a glass sump with acrylic baffles.
