Looks more like an LTA (Macrodactyla doreensis) to me with the dark underside and the prominent verrucae. You would normally expect a red foot, but sometimes that fades when they are under stress.

Yes, they can have purple tips.
Column and verrucae look like those of a Macrodactyla doreensis. The place it picked on the sand also fits an LTA. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Tentacles seem to have the typical corkscrew twist and the whitish stripes from the tentacle bases towards the mouth also fit - it's a LTA for sure.
