Unhappy Tank Crash

HAS ANYONE HAS A TANK CRASH BECAUSE OF A BAD DI CARTRIDGE??
FISH ARE FINE BUT ALL SPS DEAD.
DON'T KNOW WHY.

you need more info on all specs of the tank. You cannot assume the DI is at fault.

Depending on the situation, a DI cartridge could cause problems. There are lots of reasons that a tank can crash, though.

300 GAL TANK O-NO3 O-NH3 0-NO2 PH 8.1 TEMP 78 CAL 500PPM
TANK IS THREE YEARS OLD.

500PPM? sounds like more than just a DI failing. RO should get it WAY below that.
