Rodi atmospheric tank feed pressurized storage tank?
I was doing some reading last night. My initial plan was to utilize just a pressure tank in my crawlspace to store my rodi water. Its apparent that it is not the best course of action for extending the di resin life and filtered water quality due to the inherent back pressure against the ro membrane during production.
Due to space constraints I only have enough room for say a 5 gallon bucket or maybe a 10g aquarium to act as my atmospheric tank. Could someone suggest a plumbing schematic and or a transfer pump so I can utilize the large pressure tank I already have purchased and located in my conditioned crawlspace?

I was under the impression that a check valve would prevent black flow, however the pressure is still obviously there and thus the pressure differential across the ro membrane (larger the difference the better) is reduced, which in turn reduces the rejection rate and efficiency of the membrane leading to an increase of TDS that the di stage will see.
I may have to suck it up as a loss and try to setup a larger remote atmospheric tank with a pump to deliver the stored rodi to my mixing station. I was hoping to avoid using float valves and electronic measures to prevent an overflow situation in my crawlspace as these measures can fail and I don't frequent the crawling often unlike if it was a basement. The pressure tank was more fitting for my space usage needs. Any thoughts?
