Local Glass

Anyone know a place on Long Island to have the glass cut and edges polished for euro bracing?

Try Aquarius glass and mirror on rat 109 in farmingdale area. I’ve never used them personally but my regular glass guy who can’t bevel and polish referred me to them, but my project never became. I’ve heard others mention them as well. Good luck.

Thanks all for the info. I'll call some of these folks to see how much.

Well I reached out to all three companies. Lets see

1) who actually responds to emails from their web sites
2) who tries to talk me out of polished edges or into a thinner glass.
3) if my chance they will actually provide a price via email...

I may drill a return into the tank so I definitely am leaning towards euro bracing it. Things like this help me sleep better. Plus I am tired of my Apex wav pumps blowing water over the side. (I like my flow)

So far they want about 3/4 the price for a new tank. I think I am gonna grab some tank with 3/8" glass out of the garbage pile and cut and polish my own... It will be hidden by the canopy anyway
