Tropic eden reeflakes

I was checking out this substrate and it is about 45 dollars but my cart shows a cost of 95 dollars I cannot seem to edit my cart so I am not sure what the extra 50 charge is. Any ideas?

Update I could not order through the website, there is something wrong with my one year old Mac, so I called and order the substrate over the phone, so the break down is the they charge 4.99 for shipping, I ordered it on Monday or Tues and I received it today, that is faster than some of the local internet companies here in Ca.
