Ball Head for XR15s?

I just bought 3 XR15’s for a new build and am thinking 80/20 for a mounting option. I would like to play with the lighting angles...any thoughts on using a Ball Head to mount these to a rail?

I use angled mounts for all my LED’s so I can maximize coverage. The articulation is especially useful for lights along the perimeter of the tank where multiple fixtures are used. In my case, all my lights run along the perimeter of my tank in two rows and all and angled towards the center.

There are mounts made specifically for the Radions that do just that. They include a stainless plate that is cut around the power buttons and also include the articulation mount for rail and canopy mounting. They allow full 360* rotation of the lights as well as being able to angle them in any direction.

Thx! That looks perfect. I bought the mounts that go with the XR’s so perhaps I just mod the with a ball head.
