Hitchhiker ID
Just purchased some TBS live rock and sand last week and I noticed some hitchhikers on the rock, which was the reason why I got the rock. However I have a few questions about them. Does anyone know what's in the first picture? And for the second picture, are these hydroids and if so do I need to remove them if I want coral? Also, I noticed a good amount of what appear to be curley cue anenomes as well. Do will these sting corals? Sorry for the bad picture quality.

Nice rock....where did you get that??
LOL not sure on the mass...just one of the many things that are on the rock... the anemones are of no concern, as they are not the invasive types that come from the indo-pacific. Just keep watching and enjoy real live rock! sea ya Richard TBS www.tbsaltwater.com

Thanks Richard. Are the branching hydroids an issue?
