ATI Sunpower problem

Can any one offer some advice?
I have an 8x80w dimmable sun power unit.
Today I changed the controller for a new one as the old one wouldnít retain its memory
Being a building contractor I know my way around wiring however , I swapped over one wire at a time to ensure that all the connections were identical as well as taking photos just to be certain.
I set the time date etc. and switched to manual mode
The 2 bulb circuit works perfectly but the 6 bulb stays on about 10 %
Whatever I do with the timer or the reset or pushing the outer buttons it stays the same
I ran the diagnostic setting and the bulbs remain on.
I refitted the old controller and the bulbs remain on
Iím now stumped.
Any help would be much appreciated

Double check your program settings, I had the same problem.
Have you tried turning them on in manual mode?

Never mind I saw that you tried that.
Are you able to adjust the percentage up or down on the 2 bulb channel ?

Everything works exactly as it should except the tubes don’t turn off completely when they are supposed to.

Ok, I would definitely go in and double check the programming for the light schedule. Make sure there are no settings left in the on position when the lights are suppose to be off. This will definitely cause the problem you describe.

All the settings are correct , to be sure I reset them all again but no change.

The UK distributor is shut for a week, Iíve had no reply from raising a ticket with ATI aquaristik and despite asking for any help on various forums yours is the only reply Iíve had , so I thank you for that.

The moral of this appears to be ATI arenít interested once theyíve had your money. Yes my light is outside the warranty period , but some form of after sales help isnít too much to ask for is it ?

Sorry I can't be of any further assistance. I thought for sure it was the issue.
I had the same problem with one of my fixtures. Lights would turn off then for no reason come back on at a low setting. So I went in and made sure to turn off any settings that followed the first off setting. Sure enough it did the trick.

Hopefully they will get back to you soon. Good luck and let us know if you figure it out.
