I have a mp10wQD pump that i cannot control with my apex fusion. I've had no problems till now. The "W" is still lit on my pump but I can no longer control on my android phone.

Are you able to control it from your Apex display? If so then the problem isn't with the pump communicating with the WXM.

The RF transmitter is working and lit up on pump. I had an update on the wxm module that was successful. Still no communication between them.

Although by now I'm sure you have done more research and figured out the problem. If not, I may walk back that statement, depending on what apex you have, you may not have a display, but if you have a display tap the middle button:
select "Control/status"
select "Manual control"
then scroll down until you find what you labeled that MP10
Select the MP10 and the On Off Auto will hihlight.
Turn it off.... Verify
Turn it on.... Verify
If all works well, put it back on auto.

Thank u for the further assistance. Yes I have a display and was able to turn from auto to on and off and back to auto. I can only control my flow modes manually still.

Are you able to control other devices from with fusion? if so then it's simply that your MP10 isn't configured properly on fusion. I'm in the beginning stages of setting up my new tank, and I don't have my vortechs hooked up yet, i'll try to help from memory.

I don't know how to do it with fusion but it can be done from the display,
press middle button
select "setup"
select "profile setup"
select "edit type"
select your mp10
What does it say for type? it should say "Vortech"
If not change it and then you can configure it in fusion and be able to switch from the different modes.

Let me know if that helped.

At this point it's going to be the blind leading the blind, what I would suggest is ask your question in the Neptune section. They will be able to help you there.

I looked it up and got it working. Been years since I set it up so it's easy to forget. I appreciate you trying to help me. Take care

Yeah, I know what you mean, I'm starting to try to get back to where I was, with the new wizard it seems to make things a lot easier...
