Zeolite/Carbon/ Phospate Remover Preparation ?

As I have read the PDF file, and will be implementing the AF system, at least many components of it, I have a question regarding the handling or preparation methods for the 3 mediums listed above. Do you need to treat the carbon with heat while cleansing? Should the zeolites and phosphate remover soak in RO/DI overnight? Also, I have noticed that all 3 can be combined on one Fluidized RX. What is the time before mediums exhaust and need changing? If they are all relatively close, I see how the 3 in a RX would work well, however, I may decide to use carbon passive in a sock if zeolites and phosphate remover has longer life. While directions may be listed individually on the product, I would be interested to know this information before the products arrive, any feedback would be most appreciated.
Regards,

Carbon - You have to rinse that in hot RO/DI water
Phosphate Minus - Don't have to be rinse - that brown color is normal
Zeo Mix - Have to be rinse in RO/DI water.

You can keep all media in one Fluized RX - We recommend to change alle media every 4 weeks.
