Save dieing mushrooms?

I had a tank crash from a major Alk/Calcium imbalance in my 20 gallon nano. I lost some coral (Monti cap frag, a few mushrooms, and 2 heads of my frogspawn) but everything left is making a great comeback, except for my remaining mushrooms.

I had 3 mushrooms on a rock melt away during the tank crash, but now my levels are close to back in line and the 3 or 4 mushrooms left (different locations) look terrible. Is there any way to save them, or should I pull them out? Strangely, I have a green Ricordia that seems to be recovering fine.

Parameters:
Alk – 12.8 dkh (still a little high)
Calcium - 420 ppm
Ph - 8.0 (was at 8.2 until recently)
Nitrate - 0
Ammonia - 0
