I feed 10 grams of my home made food daily at a daily cost of about $0.46/day $168/year. It consists of shrimp, cod, mussels, oysters, clams and sea scallops. I also add in some frozen mysis and phytoplankton. I have about 17 fish.

I used to make my own frozen from seafood mix at the 99 ranch market and cheep ice cube trays. It was a fair amount of work and ultimately I found a local wholesale source for frozen food, it’s the shipping that kills you on frozen.
