Turbelle stream 6255
(6255.000)
Hi.
I have pump Turbelle stream 6255 (6255.000) which I bought in March 2017. After six months using I decided to clean the pump from algea. I disasembled the pump following instruction, cleaned all parts and assemble again. I connected to the controller and turned on. It works but after 5-10 minutes of working , the pump stops for 5-10 seconds and start working again. The issue happens does not matter which set up is on controller. There was not problem before. I dont know why it happened now. Could anybody help me to resolve the problem please? Thank you very much Adam Wysłane z mojego SM-G950F przy użyciu Tapatalka |

Is the metal shaft still rigidly fixed in the pump? The 6255 really should be cleaned at least every 3 months, they build up calcium much faster than the other models, a pulled out metal shaft would be the most common cause of this problem.

Notice in the center of the hole is a titanium shaft, this is a permanent part of the pump that can be pulled out with the drive unit if the pump is not cleaned and they cement together, if that happens the motor is generally ruined.

I see now. How can I checked it now?
And is it different rotor then 6105 ? There is only hole inside the motor block in 6105. Thanks Wysłane z mojego SM-G950F przy użyciu Tapatalka |

They are all the same but very with year, any pump made since Nov 2011 has this fixed shaft and any before Nov 2011 have a removable shaft, since no 6255 were made before Nov 2011 all have this style shaft. If it is in the pump, this is fine, if it is missing this is the problem and probably it is stuck in the hole in the drive unit.
