Open order since Feb. 11, 2017

Hi,

I am concerned about the lack of communication about the status of my open order since Feb. 11, 2017

I have called and left messages asking to be called back regarding this.
I also have sent an email with my original order in hopes to get a response.

I am hoping you can get back with me as soon as possible to resolve this matter.

Thanks for that info. It looks like the last batch of female Eightline Flashers that came in are still in actual QT to fatten them up and make sure they will ship well. Female flasher wrasses are notoriously bad shippers and actually fairly rare to come in so they are being very careful with them. You have a call before on your order so as soon as they are ready to ship you will get a phone call and from there you can choose a delivery date that makes sense for your personal schedule. The rest of the animals in your order are doing great and will continue to be held until all are ready to go. Take care.
