Large brown stuffs on powder blue tang's anus

No other symptoms beside there's a large brown stuffs on its anus. It looks like the colon is ptrotruding. One thing i notice is that the tang has been approaching my yellow wrasse a lot lately. But since it's not a cleaner wrasse, the wrasse just ignore the tang. Can someone help what it is and do i need to anything abt it?

It’s more than likely a rectal prolapse. Feed vitamins to him via food. If you can pull him out, kanaplex will keep it from getting infected while it’s out. In time it will usually correct itself.

Might also try feeding him a peeled cooked pea to help with constipation or if you get him in a qt you can dose Epsom salt 1 tbs per 5 gallons will help him poop and help with swelling
