Safety connector problems
I have purchased two Turbelle safety connectors (6105.50). One is to be used in combination with a Turbelle Nanostream 6040 electronic and the second one in combination with a Turbelle Nanostream 6095 electronic.
I will start with Nanostream 6095 first: Every time I connect the safety connector to the pump controller, the controller makes a buzzing sound and does not power up. I decided then to measure the voltage coming from the safety connector: First I measured the voltage from the pump power supply: 23.7V After connecting the power supply to the safety connector, I measured the voltage coming from the safety connector (with the battery disconnected): -23.7V Notice that the voltage measurement is negative! The polarity of the safety connector seems to be reversed!! Is that correct?? Is that why the controller is buzzing when I connect to it? |

It would appear there is a defect and the polarity at the output is reversed. I would exchange it with the supplier.
