Reeflink stopped working again, how do I reset my Vortechs to factory settings

Like the title states my vortechs keep reverting back to how they were programmed on my reeflink. Reeflink needs serviced again, so how do I get the pumps to not revert back to how I set them up via reeflink?

morty,

The VorTechs should continue to follow their schedule despite being disconnected from the ReefLink. That said, if you need assistance connecting your ReefLink, please contact us directly for additional troubleshooting.

To answer my original question you hold down the mode and set buttons until red, white and blue are flashing. Then hold down mode until purple and white flash. Then hold mode and power button together and the pump will do a hard reset.
