bubble coral unhappy, please help

I brought a bubble coral frag ( green ) along with green star polyp at last friday, which has a same problem, i will post at next threat about the gsp, i waitng him for extended for one day but it dont expanded , instead of smooth big, grape like tentacle, only little bubbly and most are deflated protuding with visible larger mouth, however it still alive as they are retracted when my coral banded shrimp walking on him and the tentacle out again, althrough not fully extended ,he also show a feeding reaction when i try to feed him, also i notice a lacerated and some thorn tissue around a septa,i have a blue white 24 w led and other coral in my tank(except green star polyps) are happy with our current ligthing setting i think its not our lfs faulth because our local lfs are known to care about the livestock and i saw myself how they treat a livestock, a last think i remember when my plastic back contain the coral is knocked from car sit when i driving to home, if this is a cause, will he recovere back? He is most expensive coral in our lfs, it is 120 MYR (27.93 USD) and i not going to loss these coral, please help

current parameter:

NH3 =0 ppm
no2=0 ppm
no3= 5 ppm
po4=0.02 ppm
alk/dkh= 14 dkh
cal= 490 ppm
ph =8.8
sg/salinity, 1205
temp =27 c

I would guess that a Dkh of 14 might be causing your issues.

I mean my salinity is 1.025, and how higher dkh can effect livestock

I agree, too high of a DKH and even then your calcium isn't suited to that level of DKH. I keep mine at 9.

Get your DKH down to around 8 and CA to 420. Take your time dropping it though. Are you dosing anything?

Bring it down slowly. Too fast would be bad.

I using a purple coralline cx continuum to bring up the coralline algae growth, i also use start using a kh buffer this month also as had a alkalinity swing , also has 3 lps and 1 sps montipora

If I was you I would not use Purple Coraline CX but seed with a small piece of live rock that have coralline on it. You can scrape it off the rock into your tank
