Mp40s not working
Hello guys/gals. Question for you, I came home from work lastnight and my system was shut down. My Apex wasn't working, and neither were either of my MP40s. Here's the weird thing, if I unplug them and wait a few seconds then replug them, they work. Only for a minute or so. Could it be because my WXM module isn't working since my Apex is down?

hey corey...I would think it has something to do with the wxm. I would definitely call Ecotech as they seem to have a lot of problems with responding to emails.

Why not just see if the vortechs will run off their dedicated controllers. If they will, do that until you sort out your apex problems.

I have tried, they run for a moment and then they turn back off. I am not sure if they are picking up the WXMs presence then shutting off because it isn't connected or what. the apex is headed back to get checked out by neptune as we speak.

Still no help. I've emailed multiple times with no luck. Hard to call with my work schedule but I'll take a 1/2 day or something I guess and call this week.
Very disappointed Corey |

amazing that they still stand by their claim that they respond to all emails within 24hrs. I bet if you put a post on their facebook page about not getting a response after numerous emails, you will get a pretty quick response.

Im not on Facebook. However I do plan on calling them today about this issue. I have other flow in the tank so its not the end of the world, but the fact I first asked for help 1 month ago and have gotten no reply is mind boggling.......and frustrating......

Are you emailing service@ecotechmarine.com? If so, I would recommend checking your spam folder if you're not receiving emails from us.

Nothing in my spam box, I double checked. It's cool though. I'm. It even worried about it anymore...I appreciate you responding Alex.
