So Before I Nuke My Apex....... How Do I Reload Backup?

I have a relatively new, full system. I've found how to save a backup of the system configuration, and have done so.

I've been having some connection issues all weekend. Either can't talk to it via local on one computer (but can do on another) but could talk to it via fusion app or via fusion online; now can't access via fusion app but CAN talk to it via local (on at least the computer where I couldn't previously).

Sooooo, being Captain Napalm, I'd like to just do a factor reset after refreshing router and BitDefender Box. Before I do so, can someone let me know how to re-load the system setup using the configuration backup once I've done so?
