are Kamoer replacement pump heads no longer made?

Hi
They have been out of stock on every website for several weeks. Anyone know if they are no longer being made?

TY

funnny ?, but how do you actually know when you need one? I've been running mine for 2 years I tink now, maybe just 1 1/2 as some of the time I was using a power head. I have no issues with the pump, it's just a bit more noisy on higher speeds.

FWIW, on my Kamoer FX-STP dosing pump I pull the head and soak it in ATF overnight. I have two heads and alternate them every 6 months or so when they start to get squeeky. Has worked great for a while now.

THank you bill will.
*What is ATF?
My heads are not squeeky at all. The pump just makes a soft noise at higher pujmp rates.
Does that mean no mainteneance req'd yet?

Its the Kamoer FX-STP

If you get desperate, aliexpress says they have it. Shipping is $15 and it takes about a month apparently.

Have you watched this video?

Yes.. gives a overall time frame of 6 months I think for tubing and year for the head. But then he mentions you can go by normal wear and tear. And doesnt say what that is lol Mine sounds fine and I dont see any wear and tear. So why spend $40 on a head not needing replacement (?). Especially when soaking in ATF (whatever that is) will make it fresh again.

ATF- My guess is automatic transmission fluid.
I change tubing yearly for the past 3 years.
The head has not been changed yet even though I have a spare 3 & 6 roller unit.
I do run a slow drip though,

I think my head is actually fine. No wear issues that I hear or see.
*** After I changed the pump tubing, my flow rate went up significantly. It was getting low, I wasnt sure if it was always like thaat. For instance on high 120 mL/min, the outflow was max 55. I changed out the tubing (had to stretch it for it to fit). Now my setting 35mL/min is actally 35. and 60 is 60 , etc. (I did calibrate it when I first got it). I even bought all new tubing for into and out of the pump thinking that was clogged. That was not it!

*Vinny mentioned the ATF liquid. I remember a long time ago I used some type of citric acid (?) based cleaner to clean the rollers for a spectra pure doser. I assume I can use that (?)

I remember that, don't have the bottle anymore,
Now they recommend acetone to clean the rollers.

I have two. I pull one off and soak it in wd40 for an hour or so. Then I soak in atf for weeks. Yes , automatic transmission fluid. For German cars in fact, so there. And I swap out every 3-4 months, repeating the process. It’s been working for me a little over 2 years.

I’ve gotten lazy since November and leave it sitting in atf in the garage until the one in my stand starts making more noise than I can tolerate. Then I change it, and one of my pumps becomes the loudest offender and gets dealt with next.

I didnt see the responses til now. I'll use acetone to clean it. I did get a replacement head. It took a while to get in stock, but I have one. WHich I'll do the trade out of cleaning first one and putting in the new one.
TY!
