best way to avoid cross-contamination

After about 8 years of Fairly successful SPS Reef keeping, I decided to break down both of my systems and build a fish room... Both of my systems had the worst case of dinoflagellates I have ever experienced. And since I was rebuilding my systems anyway, I really didn't need too much of an excuse to start from scratch. So what is time to start transferring fish from one of my old systems into the new one. What is the best way to transfer my fish and minimize any possibilities of course contaminating the new system with dinoflagellates?

Freshwater dip or bleach bath and recure. Do you have any hitch hikers? I would also run your fish through a copper treatment to eliminate ich... if you have it.
