Reef Breeder’s or Hipargero LED?

I’m between using the $400 reef breeders for my 20 gal or a $70 hipargo LED. Here’s someone testing the par of the hipargo - https://youtu.be/Aa7lwC8uWO0

Would this light be acceptable for running a reef? I think I’d be looking for a BTA and maybe some frog spawn / corals I can’t keep with sea horses. An alternative is two of the hipargos. The only concern I have is that I can’t ramp them up or down. How big of an issue is this?

How bout two AI Prime HD's or Kessil 160 WE, they would work great on that tank.

Price. I already own the reef breeders because I bought them for a different tank.

Why not the Hipargero 78w. It's an awesome affordable led with full programming features built in.

Ramp up & down was not available for many years so not really needed.
