What's The Fastest Encrusting Stoney Coral?
I have some ugly man-made rock, I'd like to encapsulate it with coral skeleton. In my research some possibilities include:
Sunset Montipora Green Lantern Monti Superman Monti Purple Haze Monti Meteor Shower Cyphastrea Minefield Cyphastrea Orange Leptoseris Mycetoseroides Copps Purple Porites What are your suggestions? |

Green Pavona is a nice looking coral! Does it encrust? It looks like it branches upward.

My vote is Cyphastrea also. My meteor shower grows faster then anything in my tanks period once its settled in & happy, feed it occasionally & it REALLY takes off.
