Tanu, your tank is absolutely amazing. How many fish do you currently have and what size tank is it? Keep up the great job and keep us updated.

Tanu, your tank effectively has the illusion of a much larger tank. How many species of coral do you estimate are in there now?

Delv, i feed daily: about one-2 teaspoons of flake and granular food and about 1 teaspoon nori. I keep the nori between my fingers, the regal angel and the gem tang eat it straight from my hands. About once a week i also feed frozen foods (mysis, artemia, chopped mussel...). I also add vitamins to the food once a week. I take care to ensure all fish are well fed.

Hugh: what do you mean with 'new!'? Some of the corals have been with me for quite some time It is possible do a 'makeover' on an old tank!

First time i have seen your wouderful tank. It is truly inspiring!
it look like yo cut out a piece of the reef and dropped it in you tank............is your filtration very complicated or do you keep it on a more simple method?

It's been some time ago since the last update

In the meanwhile, I've moved to a new appartment. I also placed a new tank, which contain most of the fish and corals from the previous tank. The tank is partial view-through. This new tank is running since May 2006.

Here are some pictures...

Further, I try to keep all fish in couples. I paired up the regal, I've already seen the first spawning a few days ago!

Regals:

and

Gem tangs are also together, since about 2 years, but no spawning yet You have to look very closely, but they are both in the last picture:
