Cool! Where did you find a coinbearing?

He just showed up in the local fish store... He is having some buoyancy issues as they will. I am hoping he passes this gas from either end. 20180413_090542.jpg

Thankfully mine has not had any buoyancy issues, though I think mine has finally adjusted to the time zone.

Nice, mine is slowly turning white to match the rock. It sucks because he was a really nice red. Need to get some coral.

He honestly kind of looks like a piece of live rock with some algae on it

I kind of expected it honestly, trying to age the tank. The light got here the same day as the frogfish, so I had stark white rock.

....I more than expect someone to kick my ***.. Against my better judgment the wife made me put another clown in the fish tank so I put a substantially bigger clown in the tank last night he tried to eat the new clown and I had to beat them off a clown because he only could get them about halfway in so he survived the night was alive this morning I’ll see if he still alive when I get back from work I fed him a ton of food right after he tried to eat the clown so we’ll see

Do what is good for the fish. Hopefully the clown did not get taken out, if you do not already, I would set up a reef tank for fish like clowns. The only other things going in my frogfish's tank is coral and maybe some other inverts.

Tankmates almost never work out for anglers. Earlier in the thread, there was somebody (can not remember the username) had their frog taken out when it ate a arc eye hawkfish.

You have some good luck, if that was me both would be dead. You could do a pair of clowns in the 20 gal and maybe a goby or a small wrasse.

Cool, mine has decided to swim laps around the tank all the sudden. Sucks that this thread died, there is some good information on here. What are you feeding?

Dude I’m stoked I just got him to eat a piece of frozen krill.. before he’d been eating fw feeders and the occasional damsel, then he ate my clown and then try to eat my second clown last night as we went over. And then he was about to make a lap around the tank as he looked hungry even though I just fed him a few shrimp last night... I think my problem is since he grew I haven’t really upped his food intake so that’s probably my fault he’s constantly hungry and hunting my clowns

Nice! I am going to try and get mine on mysis. Are you using a feeding stick, or are you handfeding?

Hand feeding is exciting tho tbh... but probably not good for water quality.. not saying your hands are dirty but oils and minerals are oils and minerals and they come off the hand lol

I am very embarrassed to admit that my frog ate the new clown and the clown is considerably bigger than him and twice the size as the last clown of mine he ate.. This happened Tuesday at about 7pm and he’s still alive in the tank and had been moving around with little issues... If he lives I’ll be astonished the photo doesn’t even do the belly justice
