Stall error: newly upgraded mp40 QD

I just purchased a new mo40 quiet drive upgrade Motor and upgrade quiet drive wetside. I am using the same white controller/and circuit board. I have the WXM module and use apex fusion

I have kept the original left side MP40 (non quiet drive model) and the upgrade was for right side.

I plugged the motor into circuit board and attached wetside/motor. I got stall error blink green/red

I double checked wetside for motion and no problem. I notice there is no "spacer" for this motor. Is that the way it is supposed to be?

Still getting stall error
Fusion recognizes and shows STALL on this right side
Unit will not respond to holding mode-set, etc. tried unplugging both/re-plugging and still stall error

Please reply ASAP anyone. Thanks.

Ok now I think I've read that a QD motor is not compatible with an Es driver? So I guess I got some bad advice and now will end up spending more in individual components than I would have just getting a whole QD setup.

True. You can however, upgrade the driver on a non QD motor, and that'll be within +3/4 DB of the QD motor. The big change is in the motor driver circuitry.

just unplug the WXM and plug it back in again. Clears this false reading, a known issue.
