I just don't get the coverage with the 1 x30 and being in my living room we're looking to put a canopy up..
I would probably start out with the Orbits at 10%-15% and work my way up from there slowly. Even though you had the Radion at 30%, it is a more powerful light that the Orbits so starting out just a bit lower would work out just fine. As always, do keep an eye on the corals when you first put the new light on and if you do notice that they are getting too much or too little adjust accordingly.

I have a 36 x 15 x 20 mixed reef tank. What LED lighting would you recommend.

It would mostly depend on what you are looking to keep. Are you running fish only or are you interested in keeping a variety of corals?

The Current USA Orbit Marine will be sufficient for keeping softies and lower light demanding corals. If you want to venture into SPS corals down the road, consider going with the Orbit Marine Pro.

As you are planning on keeping more corals in the future I would definitely recommend going with the Orbit Marine Pro. The standard Orbit Marine is a great light and is suitable for a variety of softies and LPS, but you will get more out of the Pro in the long run, especially with SPS.

I have a new 48x26x24 reef tank
with Dual Orbit Marin Pro 48"
Is this will be enough for most SPS?
I am a bit disappointed because one strip is turning down all the time when light set at 80 or more percents of power
Hope it happened only with me

This is the first we've heard of this issue and suspect you may have a defective unit. Current USA offers warranty coverage to the original end-user, so we definitely encourage you to contact them. If you purchased the light from us and need proof of purchase (your sales invoice), click here to access your Marine Depot order history.

well, i bought my Orbit MP on ebay and seller already contact with manufacturer, they promise me to send a replacement.

So what about my question?
Is this enough for SPS in my tank?
i read the instructions on site
http://current-usa.com/wp-content/up...ifications.pdf
it says SPS need high PAR about 200-500 but Orbit
gives this PAR only at 6" depth no more, if i understand correct

We agree with your assessment of the manufacturer material — that high-light SPS corals like acropora and montipora should be placed high in your aquascape within 6" of the light. Lower light SPS and LPS corals or clams, according to the chart, should be placed within 24" of the light. Please note their assessments are based on minimum recommendations.

I currently have Innovative Marine 40 with a Kessil 360WE, thinking of supplementing with a 24 inch Orbit Marine Pro to help reduce shadowing and sps growth. Would the Orbit Marine Pro work for this or would I be better off using duel t5 fixture?

I'm going to run 2 sets of the duel 24-36 pros on a 48x24x24 mixed reef hanging 6 inches above the waterline. I had a previous set from my 40 breeder and just thought instead of messing with selling and rebuying longer bars I'd just run the 4 plus I have a brace in the middle of the tank which these work out well light around.. my question is will these get the job done towards the middle of the tank for sps if so what percentage should my ultimate goal be roughly.. right now I just have zoas, shrooms, leathers a bubble coral and 3 bubble tip nems but in my other system I have a selection of sps I'd like to bring over

Hello,. Would one light 24" x 36" pro work on a IM fusion 40 for not so demanding corals?

and i've bought Ati sunpower dimmable (used) and it was primary light for my tank, i used Orbit Light only for sunrise/sunset (Blue channel 0-100% and white =0%)
Now i have only Orbit light (Ati controller is broken so i waiting for new one)
But when i set white channel power more than 70-80% it starts bring down 1 led stripe each some minutes (watch Youtube video)
First power supply was overheating, new one work at normal temperature but one strip is switch off anyway when white channel power more than 70%

Yeah, I checked out the video. Definitely annoying. I'm not sure if there is anything we can do here since you didn't buy the light from us. However, we are happy to reach out to Current USA and point them to this thread to see if that starts up the conversation between you and them again. Maybe that would get the ball rolling on a solution.

We touched base with Current USA and they stated you completed the warranty form already but they cannot ship replacement parts to Russia. Sorry!
