Maybe but I doubt it. It looks pretty gone to me. You might try fragging a part or two that still has tissue but from the pic, that might not be possible.

Is it getting blasted with light? What else do you have for sps?

I would lower it from the light, so it's not stressed and leave it there for a while, I've had worse come back.
