Using real sea water

I have some land next to the sea.
As it is outside the USA I can easily get government permission to pump up sea water to my property, many shrimp farms here do the same.

So imagine you had an unlimited supply of fresh sea water to flush out your tanks, and you were prepared to do maybe a 50-100% water change every single day....

Could I

A) Have no other filter , other than a sand bed and live rock

B) Have tanks that were outside getting hit by direct sunlight most of the day
