My vote goes for prazi and cupramine.

Effective against what?

Basically all meds are safe at recommended dosages.

For prophylactic treatment, I would do tank transfer for ich and prazi for worms/flukes. Otherwise I wouldn't do any medicating w/o need.

I would argue that copper, regardless of the type, is/can be toxic if not used properly, and that some fish cannot tolerate it even at "therapeutic" dosages. I have not used it in over 20 years for that reason.

I use Praziquantel or clout and chloroquine phosphate unless the fish aren’t able to deal with CP, then I use TTM or some sort of copper product

I am new to this hobby and will be adding my new fish specifically 2 tangs...are tangs vulnerable to cupramine or other copper based medications compared to other fishes? And being fairly new i am afraid i might overdose or something so need suggestions for some medication that is safe for fish as well as someone inexperienced like me.
Medication that would suffice common diseases like ich and velvet that most of the new fishes carry.

Yes, Tangs are one of the fish that don't do well in copper. They have also earned the reputation as "Ich magnets" for a reason. IMHO, TTM will be the best option for them, with CP following as a close second. In any case, unless they come in visibly affected, a week or two of observation in QT is the best choice. If they start to show signs of trouble, then start TTM or CP. I always end the QT with 2 rounds of Prazipro just to make sure there are not any internal parasites that haven't shown themselves.
