If your tank had only shrimp and coral could you feed once a week?

Hello all!

I'm considering setting up a nano tank of about 10 gallons. It will not have any fish, only shrimp, crabs, and soft coral with a few LPS.

I was curious, would shrimp and crabs be happy if I feed the tank sparingly only once per week?

There won't be a skimmer so I want to keep nutrients lower by feeding less.

Thank you!

I know but Whiskey was already taken.

Many (most?) crabs are opportunistic omnivores, so if they get hungry they may very well take a liking to your corals.

I'll try to be nice if you try to be smarter!
I can't help that I grow older, but you can't make me grow up!

Current Tank Info: 120 mixed reef with 40b sump, ASM G2 skimmer, AI Sol Blue x 2, and a 60g Frag Tank with 100g rubbermaid sump. 2 x Kessil A360w lights, no skimmer (yet)

Corals use light for 75% of their nutrition. Crabs I simply don't trust, you never really know when they will turn on the slower or stationery inhabitants. Most shrimps find food enough from live rock of you have an aged piece, so feeding no necessary, but in limited amounts assist the coral growth.
