Tunze ATO

I have the tunze ATO with just the one float for probably 3 years now. For the last months ive been finding it not working and having to fuss with it. Now it just doesnt work. Im assuming its the pump? Ive taken the bare wires out of that little box and re-inserting them and think i've tried everything. Not sure if i should replace the pump and cross my fingers or try an alternative ATO.

I would send it in, while the pump is the most likely cause as they usually last 2-3 years, it is not impossible something is wrong with the controller and if you sent it, we could be sure it is only the pump.
