Mirror backdrop

Maybe this is just a silly idea, but has anyone tried a mirror backdrop before? My thought is that at the right angle, it will reflect and make it look like the tank goes on forever. If anyone has a backdrop like this, I’d love to see pictures.

I’ve seen plenty deep blue/ black backdrops so I’m just looking for something a little different.

I had a mirror as part of an internal overflow. My fish hated it. They were aggressive with their own reflection. It was so stressful on them that I took sandpaper and scuffed it up so they couldn't see anything.

Every fish that is aggressive towards their own species is likely to have this response. I agree 1000x. Don't do it.

If you want something fun and different, consider this instead:

Roger that! I’ll probably just stick with the matte black poster board. That 3D backdrop would be cool but not sure how feasible it is with my 180 gallon. I don’t want to spend a lot of money on making one. Thanks for your feedback!
