Yep, slowly but surely, this stuff is disintegrating. Practically nothing left and still a few days to go. I’m going to do a larger WC only b/c I don’t run carbon atm. Also since I probably could use it anyway too.

A year later and my bryposis is back. I ordered more fluconazole to battle them again

I had the same thing happen to me. This time I used half the recommended dosage and only removed my carbon. It worked just as quickly.
If it comes back again, I will try only using one capsule to see what happens.
It will come back, it’s impossible to stop spores from entering from new livestock.

I hate to reactivate a dead thread lol.... But did you put anything in the tank since you first irradicated the bry? And do you know if it also killed bubble algae? I have a weird green thick film algae starting, do you know if it kills that? My main question though is if you intro anything to the tank that re-intro bry.
Thanks!

anything meaning corals/fish? Yes and I still don't have any algae issues in over a year

I am not sure about bubble algae, I can't remember if I had any at the time or not, I don't have any now in that tank.

I believe the flucanazol only takes care of bryposis algae.
