Help needed! Leaking plumping!

Finally got my system running and notice my tee connector leaking with is conected to two 3/4 insert adapters then into 3/4 tubing... Try to stop the small leak but its already tighted firmly and still is leaking any other suggestion to help?

What type of connection is it, threaded, glued, clamped?
If it's threaded, did you use any Teflon tape (and wrapped it the correct direction).
If it's glued, you can try to dab some glue over it, but it's best to cut it out and start over.
If it's clamped, check to see if anything is between the hose and the fittings, then re-clamp.

I have found many times that salt creep will stop small drip leaks. It might take a few days, but it will stop it. Its about the only thing salt creep is actually good for.

thanks for your guys help.. i replumbed it glued it and now everything seems to be running smoothly!
