ANyone use a food dicer?

I am looking to freeze diced portions of shrimp and clams without using a knife.

Looking at the ones under 20.00 on Amazon, all the blades seem the same and I don't feel they will give me pieces small enough to feed frags or nano fish.

Anyone using a small dicer that's easy to store with good results of dicing?

I freeze my food in a ziplock bag with a thin amount of RO/DI water. Its easy to break off pieces if I lay the ziplock down flat. I just dislike dicing and dicing with a knife.

So I am looking to upgrade my method with a food dicer.

Sure you can use a dicer if you want..
I just blend up food in my blender then freeze it in the flat bag like you do..

A handheld rotary cheese shredder works great for this purpose

Blender here also, or food processor, or knife(professional chef by trade). Just pulse the machine so you can affect how chunky you want it.

I christened my wife's new ninja food processor/blender with a batch of home made fish food. It worked great, minus the wife being ****ed.
