Does it matter where the fuge input is fed from

Does it matter where a fuge feed comes from? I have a fluval edge tank with incorporated filter. It was drilled from the factory for a drain. I want to add another bulk head for a fuge feed but not sure if it should feed from the first chamber, 2nd or 3rd.

You need to consider what are you using the fuge for, where the water will return, and how it will impact overall levels and flow.
