WAV pump failures
I'm trying to get a sense for how many WAVs fail. There seems to be quite a few posts on the Neptune forum but I'd like to consolidate those into one thread (assuming Neptune doesn't delete this thread).
I don't know if this will help convince Neptune to really support their customers but there might be enough here for a class action lawsuit. Both my WAVs failed shortly after warranty. One was replaced after I complained about an expensive pump failing after 13 months. No offer has been extended for the second one. This is not acceptable. Good pumps should last for many years.

Am I reading correctly that you think you may have a class action lawsuit against Neptune because of failures of equipment after the warranty expired?

I was trying to light a fire under Neptune to admit to a issue with (hopefully) just the first WAVs.
Customer support contacted me a few days after this post and a similar one on the Neptune forum site. For a certain set of serial numbers they have extended the warranty period. For me, the net result was a free replacement of both WAVs. Interestingly, my post on the Neptune site was removed.
