Reusable sediment filter for R/o
Has anyone ever used a washable 1 micron sediment filter in their R/o unit?

What are you going to wash it with?

I haven't seen those. Could you post a link to the specific filter you'd like to try?

Spectrapure has a 5 micron washable sediment filter:

You would have to wash it 6 times to be ahead.

I'd worry how clean I really got it. Filters are cheap so just replace.
