biocube 14 progress

So,i switched tanks from a 10 gallon standard to a biocube 14.i got a maxi/mini carpet nem and added the optional led strip which I think was worth the money.my question is,my calcium and dkh were low so I just dised some kent marine nano part a and part b,how long should I wait in between testing to see how the level adjusted after the first dose?tryin to send a pic of the tank
