placement of german blue digi?

Just wondering where others have had success placing these for best color and growth.

I've had mine at the top/center of my tank, about 9 inches below 150w Phoenix 14k. After about a month, I would say about 1/4th of the polyps have turned the trademark blue color (they were originally brownish/red after being under T5's).

To get the blue polyps, give it med to high light. Same thing with flow, mid to high flow. If the conditions are not great(e.g, bad placement or really bad water quality), the blue polyps turn brown but you may still have growth.

I have my main piece low and getting covered from above by a pink birdsnest, and it is starting to brown.

I have another frag on the rack up high and it is bright blue. IMO it needs lots of light to look good. When it is looking good though its nice!
