Order my acrylic. Can't wait to get this ATS done. These guys are slow but at 1/2 the price I guess I have to put up with them.

Had to change out the plastic screws. The ones I had were junk. You couldn't tighten them for some reason. I glued the PVC drains together. Putting the PVC into the uniseals wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Hopefully nothing leaks. I suppose I'll have to wet test it to make sure. I know the emergency drain should be bigger but with the size hole I would have to drill I don't think I could have got a way with it because of the width of the ATS. I didn't want to make it wider so I went with 1" for both drains and 3/4 for the feed pipe.

It's going to be a pain to clean your screen. I'll post a pic of my ats and how I have it set up I got the idea of A YouTube vib. Not my own but it's save time and headache. Trust me.

Here you go.

Watch the part where he has the rings holding the screen. It's made out the piece of pvc and then cut a small section of it. And your make a holder for the screen

Yes for easy cleaning. That vib is very instructive and I took some tips for my own ats

So after talking to Floyd I'm going to add a drain to the bottom of my ATS. I guess you can end up with vacuum lock with side drains like what I have. I'll have to pick up a bulk head. I want to see how big a 1" is. It looks like it maybe a tight fit. If it's to tight I'll go with two 3/4" drains. I know two smaller drains like that is not ideal but I think I will be fine. The flow is going to be pretty low and at that point I would have 4 drains.

Cut a hole in the top of the barrels for my water storage also add the float switch I had to one of them. I need to pick up another float switch and some PVC.

Got my Marine Pure blocks. They fit nice in sump #1. I'm going to put the heaters in that sump as well.
