DIY Ghost overflow gasket question

I'm going to fabricate two boxes one inside and one outside of the tank. How many gaskets do I need and where should they be placed? I assume at least two. I'm talking about the bulkhead that connects the two boxes through the tank. I'm thinking of using an 1 1/2" bulkhead.

Thanks

two per bulkhead. One between the glass and internal box, one between glass and external box.

I also used a dab of silcone for the bulkhead / internal box - just to tack it to the internal box to prevent movement when installing. This was not meant to be a sealant.
