Question for IM Fusion owners

I plan on getting the IM Fusion 20, and running two filter socks (one in the chamber of each overflow). From the pictures i'm seeing of the tank, it looks like the walls of these chambers go to the top of the tank.

I'm wondering if the filter socks were to get clogged up and not changed in time, would these chambers start to overflow the sides of the tank? It's not a huge deal if they just back up into the tank, i just don't want any water pouring all over my house.

Thanks!

Nope, the socks will just overflow into the next chamber. The tank's water level wouldn't allow it to ever overflow unless your ATO (if you have one) doesn't stop running.

In other words, you have absolutely no worries!

I had the IM 38, IM 16, and IM 10 and I've also had the IM Fusion 40. I absolutely love the tanks, they're amazing, for nano tanks..

But I'd much rather a sump. As much as I loved my IM Fusion 40, it got to me after some time that a sump would've been a lot better.

Here was my Fusion 40 just before I broke it down:

My Yellow Corris Wrasse. Loved that little guy until he jumped out about a year later on my upgrade
