What kimd of Zoa is this large colony i purchased ?
Petco got some new corals in yesturday and they got two really big colonies of zoas. I bought this one which jas probly 50 heads on it. Its like a light blueish.gray color with a neon orange rings.
I got this frag for 15$ so i figured it was a good deal for the price considering most zoas at reefs stores are 15$ for 2 or 3 polyps even for basic zoas like dragons eye and stuff [url=https://ibb.co/gh7CS0] |

These were laying on the bottom of the local petco coral tank and I talked the guy into giving me a couple small frags like this for free with the purchase of my Duncans and I suspect they are fire and ice also Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Tbh if they are fire and ice... then we both got good deals lol. I got 12 polyps for free and you got 50+ for $15
The first post I added is a pic from tidal gardens and they want $30 for that frag Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I just counted the heads on it. and it has 76 heads lol... I kmow ppl cringe at petco but mine has s9me really nice corals... And for half or less of what reef local stores sell em for
this is a hammer coral i got from them for 30$. I tjink youre right its fire and ice. Has the green mouth and bluish ring before the orange tentacles outside.. I wonder if i should go buy the other frag they had.. It wasnt quite as big but still had about 30 or so heads on it and it was on a clam shell which looks really cool lol |

Yea seems like a fire and ice. Though a touch tough to tell from the picture.
